My Approach

My style is warm, open, and direct always coming from a place of support and compassion. I welcome all your parts to show up - the curious and enthusiastic parts as well as the hesitant, timid or upset parts.

My approach is experiential, intuitive, and integrative. I draw from multiple modalities I have received training in, including Internal Family Systems (ifs-institute.com), Brainspotting (brainspotting.com), Ancestral Healing (ancestralmedicine.org), and Trauma-Informed Yoga.

Body Comes to Therapy Too

I believe that talk therapy alone may not be enough to elicit deep healing as emotional imbalances often manifest in the body. This means that rather than simply having a conversation about what you may be experiencing, together we will actively explore and engage your embodied experience to uncover and untangle challenging patterns and harness inner resources for growth.

Diversity and Inclusion Statement

I am committed to being open and affirming of individuals of every background, gender identity, race, sexual orientation, ethnicity, culture, religion, and ability status. I am actively involved in training and consultation to further my awareness of the impact of my own positionality as a white, cisgender, heterosexual woman in America. I welcome any questions or feedback regarding this statement.

I offer a free phone consultation (20-30 mins) to explore your needs, answer any questions and determine if we’re a good fit.
